1.1 One-Off Payment for 40 Reports: If you have made a one-off payment for 40 reports, you are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria: a) You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. b) You have not generated or downloaded any reports using your account. c) Your refund request complies with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2 Subscription Plans: If you have subscribed to one of our monthly plans with no minimum term, you are eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria: a) You request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription date. b) You have not generated or downloaded any reports using your account. c) Your refund request complies with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Process:
2.1 Refund Requests: To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at email@example.com and provide the following information: a) Your full name and email address associated with your Report Genie account. b) The reason for your refund request. c) Proof of purchase or subscription details.
2.2 Refund Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate it based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If your refund request meets the criteria, we will process your refund within 3 and notify you via email.
2.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase or subscription.

3.1 Generated Reports: Once you have generated or downloaded any reports using your Report Genie account, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
3.2 Partial Usage: If you have used a portion of the available reports in your account, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining unused reports.
3.3 Customizations and Add-On Services: Any additional customizations, add-on services, or third-party integrations are non-refundable.
